1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ministry Manager ("the Service"), operated by Mosaic Ridge LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Ministry Manager is a church management platform that helps churches organize their people directory, track attendance, manage visitor follow-up, and communicate with members. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including member information, attendance records, and notes. You may export your data at any time. We will not sell, share, or monetize your data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to store or transmit malicious content, violate any applicable law, or infringe on the rights of others.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic Ridge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
